Thrive Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thrive website ("Application"), provided by NR Use-Thrive Technologies LTD ("We", "Us", "Our"), a company registered in Cyprus. 1. Services Provided

Through our web-based Application, you can access the following services:

  • Use of the Thrive web interface
  • Virtual Asset Services: including virtual asset wallet/account creation, and virtual asset exchange and transfer services
  • Virtual IBAN issuing for fiat deposits and withdrawals

These services are provided in cooperation with Striga Technology OÜ (registry code: 16298772), Sepapaja 6, Tallinn, Estonia. Your use of the Application is also subject to Striga's Terms of Service.

2. Account Creation

To use the services, you must create an account using a valid email and secure password. We ensure the security of your credentials using industry-standard encryption, hashed storage, and limited access authentication systems.

3. Fees

We charge the following fees:

  • Crypto deposit: 0 EUR
  • Crypto withdrawal: 0 EUR
  • Crypto conversions: 2%
  • Fiat deposit: 0 EUR
  • Fiat withdrawal: 0 EUR

These fees are debited by Striga on our behalf. We guarantee that all charged fees are disclosed in advance and accepted by you. We assume full liability for any incorrect charges.

4. System Security and Maintenance

We employ industry-standard encryption, secure server infrastructure, and routine vulnerability testing to protect your data and access credentials. Occasionally, scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtimes may occur. We aim to notify users in advance of any scheduled downtime.

5. Data Processing

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • For services performed via Striga, we act as a data processor.
  • For any additional services or marketing activities, we act as a data controller.

7. Other Legal Terms

  • These Terms do not override or replace Striga's Terms.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

By using the Thrive web platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to comply with them.
